The site is general information
Our articles and service pages explain how roofs, gutters and siding work in northwest North Carolina. They're general. No article can see your roof, so don't treat it as advice for your home. Call us and we'll come out and look.
Estimates, contracts and prices
Nothing on this site is a quote or an offer to do work at a set price. Your price comes from a free inspection and a written estimate for your property. The work, price, schedule, payment terms and warranty are set by the written estimate or contract we both sign. If that document and this page ever disagree, the signed document wins.
- Our workmanship warranty is set out in your written contract.
- Manufacturer warranties on shingles, metal and other materials come from the manufacturer, on its own terms.
- Payment plans are subject to approval and to the terms you agree to when you apply.
- Any special offer on the site applies only as written and only while it is shown.
Calls, texts and emails
When you send a form, start a chat or give us your number, you agree that we can contact you by phone, text and email about your request, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
Photos and reviews
Our project photos show roofs, gutters and siding our crews have worked on. Some images on the site, including some banners, are illustrations made for the site rather than photos of a particular job. The reviews we show are from real customers on Google, quoted as written.
Using the site fairly
Use the site for what it's for: learning about our services and getting in touch. Don't send false or spam submissions, try to break or overload the site, or copy its content in bulk.
The text, photos, logo and design on this site belong to Bluejay's Unlimited or are used with permission. You can share a link to any page. Please don't copy or reuse our content or logo without asking us first.

We link to Google, Facebook, manufacturers and other sites we think are useful. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them.
